Help Us Perfect the Future of Strategic Card Games
We’re looking for a Card Game QA Tester Intern to join our indie team on Two Robots: Unleashed — a futuristic multiplayer card game where players battle using Mecks, Warbots, and powerful Biobot creatures. You’ll help us ensure the game is balanced, bug-free, and deeply replayable.
If you’ve spent countless hours playing card games (like Hearthstone, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or others) and you love spotting bugs, testing edge cases, and breaking things in the name of improvement — this is your chance to shape a rising competitive title from the ground up.
๐ What You’ll Do
Playtest early builds to spot bugs, inconsistencies, and potential exploits
Evaluate card and deck balance through gameplay and feedback
Log and reproduce bugs clearly for our developers
Suggest UX/UI improvements based on hands-on experience
Help test new releases and mechanics during rapid development cycles
๐งช Internship Format
This is a 1-month trial internship with potential to transition into a full-time paid QA or game systems position if you demonstrate value and mesh well with our team.
๐พ Who You Are
Passionate about card games — you’ve played many and understand how mechanics interact
Detail-oriented — you love poking at systems to see what breaks
Clear communicator — you can describe bugs and inconsistencies precisely
Comfortable working remotely, async, and in Google Docs/Notion/GitHub
Bonus: You’ve done QA for a game before (indie or AAA), or worked in testing/development
๐ Why Join Us?
Play and shape a card game before it launches
Work directly with the game’s designers and developers
Get credited as an early team member of a growing indie studio
Flexible, remote, async work environment
Opportunity for full-time role after internship based on performance
