Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Salesman to join our luxury jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer service and product presentation. You will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience that reflects the prestige of the Tibarumal brand.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner

• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable jewellery pieces

• Explain product details, purity, and pricing clearly and confidently

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain a clean and organized counter with proper product display

• Handle billing, exchanges, and basic after-sales service politely

• Support stock management and inventory updates

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with the floor manager for daily operations and customer follow-ups

• Ensure the security and safe handling of jewellery at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail jewellery sales (gold, diamonds, or gemstones preferred)

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi

• Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude

• Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred

• High level of honesty, grooming, and professionalism

• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours
