Part-Time Classroom Assistant (Adults) – Lancaster

Location: Lancaster
Hourly Rate: £13-£14 per hour
Hours: Part-time – Four classes per week

We are seeking a Classroom Assistant to support adult learners in a creative and engaging environment. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in art and a passion for helping others develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth running of art classes for adult learners.
• Provide support to the lead tutor and students during sessions.
• Help set up and tidy away materials before and after classes.
• Offer guidance and encouragement to students.
• Ensure a welcoming and supportive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Comfortable working with adult learners.
• Organised and proactive.
• An interest in art is highly desirable.
