Part-Time Bookkeeper

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper with experience using MYOB? We're seeking a casual part-time bookkeeper to join our dynamic team based in Clarkson.

Position: Casual Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Joondalup
Hourly Rate: $35 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry in MYOB.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Prepare and submit BAS and other tax-related documents.
• Assist with payroll and employee records.
• Generate financial reports as required.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally within a recruitment company or similar environment.
• Proficiency in MYOB is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Effective communication skills.
