Job Summary:-
As a Business Development Executive, you will support our team by identifying potential business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for fresher’s to develop skills in sales, client management, and strategic planning.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for business expansion.
- Assist in developing business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and meet organizational objectives.
- Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market needs.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a desire to learn.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
