Job description:

• Role: Fullstack Engineer
• Scope: As a fullstack developer at StoryChief, you will bring new features and tools to life while helping us improve existing ones. The ultimate goal is to facilitate our customers in writing and spreading their stories. You will do so by working closely with the development team. You will review and have your code reviewed to ensure we as a team write maintainable and readable code. As we are a small team, every line of code will greatly impact both StoryChief and our users. You will have the autonomy to do your best work and plenty of support along the way.
• Level: : Medior/senior
• Location: Ghent, BE (preferably but not a must)
• Timing: Asap
• Note: No freelancers 

What do we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience with Javascript in a front-end environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with PHP.
• You can solve bigger/more complex problems.
• You have a solid understanding of web technologies and API development.
• You care about performance and security.
• You speak and write English fluently.

Amazing bonus points 🤩

• Experience with React.js
• Experience with Laravel
• Experience with GraphQL/Rest APIs
• Knowledge of Docker
