Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vessel Welder to join a fabrication shop in the Tulsa area. The Vessel Welder will perform high-precision welds on various vessel sizes using MIG and Flux Core processes, requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to fabrication standards.

Weld Test Information

• 3G MIG/Flux Core (must pass bend test)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on a variety of vessel sizes
• Follow welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and ASME code specifications
• Maintain precision and high-quality welds throughout production
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication standards
• Support shop fabrication tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of vessel welding experience in a fabrication shop preferred
• Ability to pass required MIG/Flux Core welding test
• Strong knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and ASME code specifications
