Sub Arc Welder 

• Pay: $23-24/hr, plus a $3 shift differential
• Hours: Training on day shift, 5AM - 3:30PM; after training, transition to night shift, 5:30PM - 6AM
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
• Weld Test: 3G MIG/Fluxcore on 1" pipe; upon hire, a Sub Arc test will be completed on-site

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Sub Arc Welder to join our team. This role includes performing high-quality welds on 1" pipe and transitioning to Sub Arc welding after successful completion of on-site testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to transition from the day shift during training to the night shift upon completion.

Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete cutting or a similar field is a plus
• Ability to operate concrete saws safely, with a strong focus on safety procedures
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete saws and drilling equipment accurately and safely during tasks
• Read and interpret job specifications to create precise cutting lines on concrete materials
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment for safe and efficient operations
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures throughout job activities
• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Pass a 3G MIG/Fluxcore weld test and complete an on-site Sub Arc test once hired

Skills Required:

• Experience in concrete cutting, welding, or a related field is beneficial
• Proficiency in handling various types of concrete saws, with a commitment to safety
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle different weather conditions
