Structural Welder

Pay: $20-22/hr. (+ Shift Differential)

Hours: Monday- Friday 6AM-4:30PM or 4:30PM-3AM

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Welder to join our team! A successful candidate will play a crucial role in the fabrication of the structural side of our Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met during the welding process. This position will require working on the night shift, which offers competitive compensation and benefits. Qualified candidates must be able to pass required weld tests, drug screen and background requirements.

Test: 2G MIG Horizontal - Bend Test, 2G Flux Core - Radiographed 1/2' plate double bevel with backing bar

What you’ll be doing:

•  Perform MIG and Flux core welding to complete fabrication projects.
•  Ensure quality work and adhere to project specifications.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of MIG and Fluxcore welding experience, or a completion certificate from a vocational welding program.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
