Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Rotating Weekends: Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM & Sunday 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable Shop Helper to join a growing team in Broken Arrow. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by assisting welders, fabricators, and machinists while maintaining a clean and safe shop environment. If you’re detail-oriented and hands-on, this Shop Helper opportunity offers a great path to grow your skills in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Primary Responsibilities
• Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, to prepare and finish metal components
• Use tape measures to ensure accurate cutting and assembly
• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and equipment
• Assist welders, fabricators, and machinists with daily production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and uphold quality standards

Required Experience & Skills
• Experience with grinders, tape measures, and overhead cranes required
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or shop drawings is a plus
• Strong commitment to safety and workplace cleanliness
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long shifts
• Eagerness to learn and follow supervisory direction
