Shop Helper
Pay: $17/hour
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Sapulpa, OK

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shop Helper to support our operations in Sapulpa. This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position involving work around overhead cranes, forklifts, power equipment, and other potentially hazardous processes. The ideal candidate will assist skilled craftsmen, maintain productivity and safety standards, and contribute to a clean, efficient work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist craftsmen in daily tasks as assigned
• Operate overhead cranes and power tools safely
• Follow established work instructions to meet productivity expectations
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Comply with safety policies and procedures at all times
• Uphold 5S organizational standards
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork while completing assignments
• Provide feedback and input to help improve workflow and project efficiency

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Basic fabrication shop experience
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and hand/power tools
• Capable of reading and writing basic shop communications
• Proficient in using a shop tape measure
• Willingness to learn to read shop drawings and interpret bills of materials
• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the team
