Pay: $17.00–$21.00/hr DOE

Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–3:30pm (Potential Saturdays based on workload)

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Quality Control Associate to support our manufacturing operations in Tulsa. The Quality Control Associate will evaluate production processes, conduct inspections, and implement testing procedures to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a key role in maintaining production integrity and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Evaluate production operations to ensure product quality, integrity, and compliance
• Develop and execute standardized testing and inspection procedures
• Conduct dimensional inspections and utilize NDE/NDT methods such as magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing
• Complete thorough documentation and communicate findings with leadership
• Report on quality control performance and coordinate with management for process improvements
• The Quality Control Associate will regularly assess and approve testing results, and support ongoing communication across departments
• Follow all safety procedures and quality control protocols

Required Skills & Experience:
• Must hold NDE/NDT Level I or II certification with 850 training hours and 1660 hours of practical experience
• Strong experience in dimensional inspection and blueprint reading
• Familiarity with ASTM, ASME, AWS welding specifications
• CWI certification preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• The Quality Control Associate must demonstrate independence, communication skills, and technical knowledge of quality standards

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work in a shop or yard assembly setting
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and maneuvering required throughout shift
