Pay: $18–$20/hour DOE
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (shift may vary based on business needs and weather)

We’re hiring a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections, testing, and sampling procedures for incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and finished precast concrete products. This hands-on role ensures all products meet industry standards and customer expectations while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:
• Perform and document process and system audits using written procedures as standards
• Conduct inspections and tests on fresh and hardened concrete
• Verify embedded items are properly placed and report/document discrepancies
• Coordinate calibration of test equipment and fixtures
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and communication among work teams
• Assist in all quality-related tasks to meet team goals

Requirements for the Quality Control Inspector:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to analyze data, determine test reliability, and interpret results
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and tape measurement
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to climb ladders, stand for long periods, and handle heights
