• Position Overview

The Mechanical Assembly Technician role focuses on medium to large mechanical assemblies involving complex, craftsman-style builds with up to 100 components per workstation. This Mechanical Assembly Technician position is ideal for dependable, hands-on individuals who enjoy problem-solving, precision work, and building high-quality equipment.

• Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of field-specific technical or vocational training preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical assemblies
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic and communication skills

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble medium to large mechanical systems with precision and attention to detail
• Work with hydraulic components including diesel engines, pumps, hoses, and related systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper function
• Support on-site equipment setup, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer locations (domestic travel required)
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
