Manual Lathe and CNC Mill/ Lathe Machinist

Pay: $23-26/HR.

Hours: Monday - Saturday 5AM-5PM

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Manual Lathe Machinist & CNC Mill & Lathe Operator programs and operates manual and CNC machines to manufacture precise parts according to drawings or instructions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Program and operate manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and EDM machines, to manufacture parts to specified dimensions.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Set up machines, perform offsets and edits without supervision, and meet daily/weekly production quotas.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist with R&D design reviews.
• Mentor other machinists and assist less experienced CNC operators.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience programming and operating CNC and manual machines.
• Proficiency with CNC programming, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Strong math skills, including geometry and trigonometry, and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
