Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day equipment maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform basic electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and related tools

• Read and follow work orders to determine repair needs

• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

• Participate in daily shift meetings to prioritize tasks

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems

• Ability to use hand tools and specialized tools

• Overhead crane troubleshooting experience preferred

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail, safety, and communication

• Ability to work independently and within a team
