Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to support equipment reliability and production efficiency in a high-demand manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for performing mechanical troubleshooting, equipment repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and verify machine performance
Read and interpret manuals, prints, schematics, and work orders
Follow all safety and environmental compliance requirements
Communicate progress, issues, and repair status clearly with team members
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, cranes, and other equipment
Qualifications
5+ years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
Crane certification and forklift license required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work overtime and occasional travel when needed
