Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support machinery upkeep and production reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on production equipment
Diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, and verify proper machine operation
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, prints, and work orders
Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance policies
Communicate progress and issues clearly with team members and supervisors
Safely use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment
Qualifications
5+ years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
Crane certification and forklift license required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, team-oriented environment
Must be able to work overtime and occasional travel when required
