Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Load/Unload team member to assist with glass handling and furnace operations in a manufacturing environment. This Load/Unload position requires physical stamina, basic measurement skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards on the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload glass onto and from the furnace
• Read and interpret tape measures accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Job Requirements
• Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
