Job Title: HVAC Journeyman
Pay: $20–$35 per hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed HVAC Journeyman to join our Tulsa team. This role requires new construction experience and focuses on the installation of a variety of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

·         Conduct system assessments and determine installation requirements.

·         Collaborate with team members to complete projects within scheduled deadlines.

·         Follow safety protocols and comply with all industry regulations.

·         Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications.

·         Test systems post-installation and troubleshoot any functionality issues.

·         Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.

·         Stay informed on current HVAC technologies and best practices.

·         Accurately document work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

·         Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with company standards.
Note: New construction experience is required.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

·         EPA Certification

·         Oklahoma Journeyman License (Required)

·         Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)

·         High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile devices (smartphone, iPad, etc.)

·         Flexible availability and strong commitment to safety

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively
