Pay: $20.00+/hour DOE
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) or Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM), Monday–Saturday, 10–11 hour shifts possible

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Industrial Assembler to join a leading manufacturing team in Broken Arrow. The ideal Heavy Industrial Assembler candidate will be responsible for installing major components using schematic diagrams and operating heavy equipment in a high-volume production environment. The Heavy Industrial Assembler must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, safe work practices, and the ability to collaborate with other departments.

Candidates must be able to pass an on-site test prior to hire.

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• At least 1 year of crane operation experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Tack welding knowledge is a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Follow all HSE guidelines and complete safety, production, and quality forms
• Install components according to schematic diagrams
• Operate hoists and lifting equipment with care and precision
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and meet production goals
• Assist in other departments as needed

Preferred Education
• High school diploma or 2 years of relevant experience/training
• Vocational or technical education preferred
