Laborer 1 (Driller)

• Pay: $15/hr
• Hours: Flexible (traveling position; hours vary by project)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an entry-level Laborer to join our team as part of a drilling crew. As a Laborer 1, you’ll work alongside experienced drillers, supporting their work and learning the basics of drilling operations. This role involves assisting in preparing the site, setting up and dismantling equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment. All necessary training will be provided.

We are a drilling company operating throughout the continental U.S., specializing in deep and complex drilling projects across challenging terrains and soils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support drillers by preparing the drilling site, clearing debris, and ensuring the area is safe
• Assist in setting up and taking down drilling equipment and tools
• Operate basic drilling machinery under supervision, with hands-on training provided
• Help maintain equipment by cleaning tools and checking for wear
• Document drilling activities as directed, including tracking depth and material types
• Perform general labor tasks, including carrying equipment and loading materials
• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety training sessions
• Use provided PPE as required to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Clean MVR record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to follow instructions and wear required PPE
