Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Front Desk Worker/Van Driver for a fast-paced hotel environment in Oklahoma City. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, valuable experience, and room for long-term growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries

·         Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

·         Utilize hotel computer systems (preferably On-Q; training provided if necessary)

·         Operate the hotel shuttle/van to transport guests to and from the airport safely

·         Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at all times

Requirements:

·         Previous experience working at a hotel front desk required

·         Experience with On-Q system preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

·         Must be comfortable driving a shuttle/van and engaging with guests

·         Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette

·         Computer literacy and ability to learn hospitality software

·         Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused personality

·         Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
