Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Pay: $15 - $17/hr (Based on Experience)
Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team in Pryor. In this role, you will assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems by following work orders, drawings, and instructions. You will use various tools and techniques such as crimping, staking, and soldering to position and secure parts. Additionally, you will mount components, connect wires, install assemblies, and attach hardware with precision. Good documentation skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Important: You must be able to pass a tape measure test before submitting your application.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems according to specifications.

·         Follow work orders, drawings, and detailed instructions to complete tasks accurately.

·         Use tools and techniques such as crimping, staking, and soldering to secure parts.

·         Position, mount, and connect wires and components as required.

·         Install assemblies and attach hardware precisely.

·         Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and completed work.

·         Ensure all tasks are performed with attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

·         Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

·         Skills: Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

·         Physical Requirements:

o    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

o    Good vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).

o    Ability to frequently stand and sit during work.
