Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver / Shipping & Receiving Helper to join our team in Claremore. This position involves delivering and picking up parts from various customer locations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all tasks are performed in a safe and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and familiar with the Tulsa area.

Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver boxes of parts to various customer locations as required.

·         Pick up boxes from customers as scheduled.

·         Load and unload the truck; count and log the number of boxes received.

·         Maintain delivery and pickup log forms and other related records.

·         Keep the delivery vehicle clean inside and out.

·         Drive safely at all times while wearing a seatbelt.

·         Strictly avoid the use of electronic devices (including hands-free) while operating any vehicle or forklift.

·         Observe all smoking/vaping restrictions—allowed only during designated lunch hours and in permitted areas.

·         Maintain professional behavior when interacting with customers and during order delivery.

·         Report vehicle maintenance issues to the facilities manager or supervisor.

·         Communicate regularly with the shipping and receiving clerk via company-supplied cell phone.

·         Follow all company and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE such as steel-toe boots.

·         Track vehicle mileage for timely oil changes.

·         Use a fuel credit card and company cell phone exclusively for work-related purposes.

·         Use Pike Pass (provided) for toll roads when necessary.

·         Operate a forklift as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Must pass a background check.

·         Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

·         Must possess a valid state-issued Driver's License.

·         Must be able to drive a flatbed truck and be familiar with navigating Tulsa and surrounding areas.
