Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist – Lathe and Mill Machinist to join a top-tier, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Tulsa. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience operating CNC machinery and performing detailed setups on both lathes and mills. The CNC Machinist – Lathe and Mill Machinist will work in a facility that produces fusion and fintube machines, requiring precision, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot operations.

All applicants must pass an on-site CNC test.

Job Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and vertical mills, including 5-axis Mazak Integrex machines
• Run in EIA (G+M code) format (Mazatrol not used)
• Place and secure parts, fixtures, and tools according to specifications
• Perform complex machining with multi-directional offsets
• Set up two machines when operating a single machine for maximum efficiency
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to verify tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints with symbols and tolerances
• Identify and select correct materials, ensuring run time goals are met

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of prior work experience as a CNC Machinist – Lathe and Mill Machinist
• Own or be willing to purchase tools and a locking toolbox
• Strong setup skills: loading fixtures, tools, programs, setting coordinates
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting job specs
• Consistent, proven work history in machining roles

Physical Requirements
• Stand, bend, squat, and climb for up to 95% of the work shift
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance in confined areas
• Use lifting devices when possible, but manual handling is sometimes required
