Essential Functions:

  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Compose customer project contracts.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Take accurate notes during customer meetings.
  • Reply to emails, telephone messages, or face-to-face inquiries.
  • Provide polite and professional communication.
  • Review plans and specifications in detail to understand the scope of work and potential expenses.
  • Assist with preparing cost estimates-Use contract bids, quotes, and other information to estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts.
  • Ability to organize job tasks for multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the residential construction communities.
  • Complete documents on time, such as construction bids, customer proposals, and change orders, etc. 

 Qualifications:

  • Residential construction experience is helpful.
  • Carpentry, framing, post-frame construction, or equivalent experience is helpful.
  • Basic Computer Skills are required.
  • Strong mathematical skills are required.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
