Essential Functions:

• Review plans and specifications in detail to understand the scope of work and potential expenses.
• Create material takeoff-Quantify the materials needed for each project.
• Prepare cost estimates-Use contract bids, quotes, and other information to estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Ability to organize job tasks for multiple customers simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the residential construction communities.
• Complete documents on time, such as construction bids, customer proposals, and change orders, etc. 

 Qualifications:

• New Home Construction experience is helpful.
• Residential construction project management experience is helpful.
• Residential construction estimator experience is helpful.
• Carpentry, framing, post-frame construction, or equivalent experience is helpful.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Strong mathematical skills are required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
