The Responsibilities of the Role:
Conduct New Hire Induction and explain the benefits and terms and conditions.
Complete Confirmation, Extension Contract, Employee Movement, Transfer, Resignation, and Redundancy end-to-end process.
Issuance and deactivation of the company access card for employee movement.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Update the Medical Registration template for new hires’ insurance coverage based on the terms stipulated in the employment contract.
Leave Management handling inclusive of the monthly leave reconciliation and document maintenance.
Income Tax document handling for expatriate employees.
Statutory handling for EPF, Sosco, EIS, and Income Tax.
Assist and participate in ad hoc / special projects as assigned from time to time due to business requirements.
The Requirements for the Role :
Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline.
Between 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.

The Offer :
Monthly Salary (RM 2800 -RM 3500; will commensurate with relevant experience)
Performance Related Bonus on a half-yearly basis for confirmed staff.
Annual Leave 15 days.
Medical Leave 14 days.
Medical and hospitalization coverage.
