Designation: Vice President / AVP Finance

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial model, negotiate financing , working out financial pitch with leading Banks, ensuring completion of documentation involved in the due diligence
• Manage Relationship with Credit rating agencies
• Supervise Accounting, Financial reporting, internal auditing, revenue collections, risk management and treasury management for the Company
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of the Company's financial transactions
• Supervise the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements, including revenue projections

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA with post qualification experience of 20-25 years
• Candidate should be from Real Estate Industry Only and worked in Chennai market
• Strong Financial Modelling and Presentation Skills
• Should be able to speak in Tamil fluently and ability to speak in any one additional regional language is preferred
