Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities aligned with business goals.
Monitor SEO trends and Google algorithm updates to ensure compliance and continued growth.
On-Page SEO Optimization:
Optimize website pages, blogs, and product descriptions with relevant keywords, meta tags, headers, and URLs.
Ensure internal linking is structured to enhance navigation and search engine crawlability.
Optimize content and visuals to improve user experience and reduce bounce rate.
Off-Page SEO Activities:
Build and maintain a healthy backlink profile through ethical link-building strategies.
Monitor competitor backlink strategies and identify opportunities for outreach and partnerships.
Promote content through various platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
Technical SEO:
Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.
Improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall technical performance.
Ensure the site is properly configured with XML sitemaps, schema markup, and robots.txt for efficient crawling.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Generate monthly SEO reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Continuously monitor SEO performance and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in SEO with proven success in managing SEO campaigns.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress for basic technical SEO improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with the content, marketing, and development teams.
Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology websites.
Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
Basic knowledge of paid search (PPC) and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
