Job Role & Responsibilities:-

• Creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features.
• Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code.
• Understanding, analyzing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, and conversion into software components.
• Designing and implementing – High availability and low latency applications, data protection, and security features.
• Performance tuning and automation of applications.
• Enhancing the functionalities of current software systems.

Technical background

• AI/ML Expertise: Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL projects, with a focus on NLP, NER, and Text Analytics.
• Proficient in Deep Learning techniques and able to implement recommendation engines and other advanced AI solutions.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Application Development, Generative AI, and Agent Prompting.
• Familiarity with Ollama, Streamlit, Vector Databases, and Embedding Models.
• Ability to solve complex problems and innovate AI solutions to meet real-world needs.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in the HR domain is preferred.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
• Certifications or specialization in Artificial Intelligence is highly desirable.
