BOUNDLESS. That is one word we would use to describe what we are looking for in a Senior Graphic Designer. We are searching for a creative professional with a strong understanding of conceptual, digital, social, and visual design. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create compelling digital and print content. Projects include working on daily marketing emails, site content, social assets, ads and printed collateral including labels, and merch items
• Ensure consistency and quality of design assets
• Keep up to date with trends across e-commerce, social media, graphic design, - propose new ideas and share this insight with the team
• Support creation of company-wide branded assets for internal use (presentations, social assets, team swag/merch/gifts etc.)
• Communicate across teams directly about requests, timelines, and progress
• Flexible range of design aesthetics to match our brand's overall look and feel
• Collaborate with our supply chain, and project management team to work with packaging & merch vendors to develop unique solutions and ensure quality

 QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5+ years experience in graphic design or related field
• Adobe skills: Illustrator, Photoshop
• A portfolio demonstrating a core competency in graphic design
• Experience working with a variety of touchpoints; digital assets, packaging, branding, advertising, displays, and websites.
• Familiarity with cosmetics, fashion and beauty trends
• Ability to plan and organize projects
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, remotely
• Excellent organizational/time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and training skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Competitive and collaborative
