Job Description: As a Motor Insurance Telecaller, you will be responsible for:
1. Customer Outreach: Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to discuss motor insurance products and services.
2. Sales & Support: Providing information, answering queries, and guiding customers through the motor insurance process.
3. Lead Conversion: Identifying and converting potential leads into satisfied customers.
4. Record Keeping: Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions.
5. Follow-up: Performing follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
6. Compliance: Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate outbound calls & inbound queries to prospective customers to promote motor insurance products.
2. Provide detailed information about motor insurance plans, benefits, and premiums.
3. Assist customers in selecting the best insurance coverage to meet their needs.
4. Process policy applications and renewals efficiently.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
7. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
2. Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure.
3. Basic knowledge of motor insurance products is a plus.
4. Goal-oriented with a strong sales aptitude.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer application
