HR Talent Acquisition Intern and/or Marketing Intern
Job Description: We offer an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
As an HR Talent Acquisition and/or Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and marketing domains.
You will assist in sourcing and screening candidates using platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, while also supporting community-building and brand-building initiatives. Both HR and Marketing roles require good communication skills and a willingness to learn digital marketing, social media management, and the basics of graphics and website design.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Support community-building and brand-building activities.
- Learn and apply digital marketing strategies.
- Assist with social media management and content creation.
- Gain exposure to basic graphics and website design.
- You will have to use LinkedIn profile as well as the company's LinkedIn page effectively and it will start of building your personal brand identity on LinkedIn. (Applicable for HR as well as Marketing Role)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, especially careful listening, learning street-smart techniques and rapport-building skills.
- Willingness to learn and Implement your learnings (HR and/or Marketing)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Willingness to learn graphics and website design, social media
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for learning and growth.
