Responsibilities:
1.Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
2.Branding and PR:
· Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity.
· Manage public relations efforts to build positive relationships with the media and key stakeholders.
· Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
3.Communication Media:
· Lead the development of communication plans to convey the company's vision and values.
· Manage the creation of compelling content for various media channels, including press releases, blog posts, and social media.
4.Promotion:
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
· Collaborate with partners and influencers to expand reach and enhance promotional activities.
· Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to optimize strategies.
5.Content Creation:
· Oversee the end-to-end process of creating short movies, teasers, trailers, and launches for YouTube and other platforms.
· Develop creative concepts and collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality content production.
· Utilize analytics and audience insights to tailor content strategies and enhance viewership.
6.YouTube Channel Experience:
· Extensive experience managing a YouTube channel, including the production of multiple short films, teasers, trailers, and launches.
· Proven success in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, master classes, and Craft school initiatives.
7.Digital Marketing and Media:
· Focus on recruiting a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, media, PR, promotions, branding, and communications.
· Leverage expertise in live productions and content indications to enhance the company's digital presence.
8.Brand Hosting:
· Collaborate with the CEO to represent the brand effectively in various hosting capacities.
· Ensure alignment of brand messaging with executive leadership vision.
