We providing comprehensive travel solutions both online services using MOBILE APP and offline services for community of travel enthusiasts. Our services encompass airline bookings, hotel reservations, destination tours, ground services, and franchise operations, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers globally.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director/Chairman. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of both offline and online travel operations, technology integration, supplier management, and strategic business acumen. This role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly manage a variety of tasks and work collaboratively with different teams to drive business success. The candidate needs to be proficient in Marketing, Operations, Technology and New product development, and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director/Chairman.
Oversee and coordinate travel operations, ensuring smooth integration of offline and online services.
Manage relationships with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and destination service providers.
Assist in the configuration and management of travel technology platforms.
Conduct market analysis and provide insights into profitability and business strategy.
Review the financial performance of the company by analysing the financial reports and P&L accounts and prepare/modify the growth strategy accordingly.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Assist in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.
Maintain and organize confidential documents and files.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, XLRI or equivalent).
Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of travel technology platforms and supplier management.
Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
Proficient in financial management, including P&L and budgeting.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience:
5 to 10 years of Experience working with leading travel companies such as MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip, TripFactory, IXIGO, or Thomas Cook.
Familiarity with market trends in the travel industry in Southeast Asia, Europe, America, and Canada.
