Position Description
You will be a key part of Pani’s Sales team working across multiple departments as you dream, design, and deliver custom social media campaigns across multiple platforms and detailed blog posts on our website. You will be the one starting the fire and driving online traffic to our webpage. Working in tandem with the Sales team you will promote our attendance at events, showing off our awards, and communicating to clients on what Pani can do for them. You will also be showcasing our milestones with the Product team as we advance our product and move forward. Your job is to make some noise online about Pani through tailormade marketing strategies that you will design and deliver.

What you bring to the team
- University degree in, business, marketing or a relevant equivalent experience
- 2 -3 years experience in similar role
- Results-driven and thirst to learn and excel
- An impressive writer with a highly creative thought process
- An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities
- An understanding of marketing campaigns and social media marketing
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of initiative-taking and effective personal project management skills
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
- Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of tools ( i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
Responsibilities
Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product teams to understand product value, features and create collateral (brochures, videos, datasheets etc.) with the product teams to be used by different part of customer journey.
Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to understand key accounts and partners and work with them to provide correct collateral (brochures, videos, datasheets etc.) to the tailored needs of the specific accounts and partners.
Account Based Marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and pain points of targeted accounts and wholistically for the industrial and utility desalination and wastewater treatment markets.
Webinars: Organize and conduct webinars and sessions in tandem with the product to generate inbound leads for the sales team tailored to the specific segments like desalination (SWRO, BWRO, etc.), beverage and municipal wastewater treatment plants.
Tradeshows & Events: Curate and finalize key tradeshows & events that are important for the sales team and organize participation, campaigning and lead generation for the teams.
Content Creation: Design and articulate value narratives specific to customers obtaining value from using Pani Zed, producing content when necessary and support to create a social media brand on platforms like LinkedIn for Pani.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the water industry, ideally in water/wastewater treatment
- Experience working for a SaaS startup
