Position Description

You will be a key part of Pani’s sales team reporting to the CEO, and responsible for leading the development and execution of targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand our footprint within existing logos. Using your industry expertise, you will work closely with Pani Account Managers and Sales Managers to align sales and marketing strategies. You will profile key accounts, understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and pain points of targeted accounts.

What you bring to the team

  • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing, particularly in the industrial or utility sector.
  • Strong understanding of desalination and wastewater treatment processes and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful ABM strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fractional capacity.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy focused on the industrial and utility desalination and wastewater treatment markets.
  • Identify and profile key accounts, understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and pain points of targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize ABM tactics, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to continuously adapt and improve ABM strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts, establishing our brand as a trusted partner in improving operational efficiencies.
  • Measure and report on the success of ABM campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Compensation

Pani offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a comprehensive health & dental benefits and paid time off for full-time employees. The annualized base salary range for this Victoria-based role is CAD $50,000 to $100,000. The base salary offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set, level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and consideration to internal equity. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience and expertise.
