Job Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage complex product development and research projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:

  • Lead and manage product development and research projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.

• Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and operations.

• Technical Oversight:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Ensure projects adhere to technical standards and best practices.
  • Review and approve technical documentation and deliverables.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective project delivery and management.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in project management and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on product development and research.
• Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
