As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our operational processes and ensuring that our services meet and exceed customer expectations. Must be willing to work European and Early US Hours.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
2. Manage and improve operational practices, processes, and systems to meet organizational performance targets.
3. Coordinate with different department heads to ensure operational coherence and productivity.
4. Analyze operational data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
7. Ensure regulatory compliance in all operational facets.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the Healthtech or AI industry.
2. Solid understanding of business operations and processes, with a strong ability to drive efficiency and performance.
3. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions.
6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
7. Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a distributed team.
