As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our operational processes and ensuring that our services meet and exceed customer expectations. Must be willing to work European and Early US Hours.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Manage and improve operational practices, processes, and systems to meet organizational performance targets.
- Coordinate with different department heads to ensure operational coherence and productivity.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies for growth and scalability while maintaining our commitment to quality.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all operational facets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the Healthtech or AI industry.
- Solid understanding of business operations and processes, with a strong ability to drive efficiency and performance.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a distributed team.
