Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Sales Manager to join our team. This role is sales-oriented and involves selling SEC-regulated offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in SEC-regulated offerings.
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
7. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
8. Ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the financial sector.
2. Knowledge of SEC regulations and financial offerings.
3. Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
4. Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
6. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
