Job Description-
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct new hire and refresher training for Cash Loans CS team
• Design and implement PKTs for inhouse & partner teams
• Perform TNI to identify gaps and triggers
• Develop training content & process documents
• Implement and manage stepnup program
• Coordinate across teams to solve process issues
• Act as process expert across all loan products
• Conduct external partner process training
• Drive process improvement and innovation
Requirements:
• 2–3 years’ experience as Trainer (chat & inbound preferred)
• Finance/Personal loan knowledge is an advantage
• Graduate
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong guidance, negotiation & motivation abilities
• Excellent communication — English, Hindi, regional language preferred
Experience-2 Years - 3 Years
