VIRTUAL ASSISTANT- CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER (AI-PLATFORM)

You will manage client relationships for a global digital solutions company that uses an AI-enhanced platform to automate content, engagement, and analytics workflows. Your main responsibility is to onboard clients, guide them through the platform, interpret performance data, and provide strategic recommendations that help them increase adoption, efficiency, and ROI. 

This is an Independent Contractor role, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and comfort using modern AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Lead new client onboarding using established processes
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts
• Build and execute strategies for retention, satisfaction, and account growth
• Facilitate performance check-ins, business reviews, and ROI presentations
• Provide proactive insights based on client behavior, data, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient issue resolution
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
• Stay current with digital marketing, automation, analytics, and emerging tech trends

Qualifications

• Background in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of online platforms, content strategy, and analytics
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical explanations
• Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple accounts
• Client-centered mindset with a proactive, structured working style

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience using AI-driven tools, automation platforms, or NLP technologies
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel)
• Familiarity with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate client needs
• High initiative and comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Collaborative nature with confidence navigating cross-functional teams
