🧠 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Multimedia & Social Media Specialist to support the branding and digital presence of a growing nightlife and hospitality brand in Angeles City.

This role is highly execution-focused. You will be on-site capturing real moments, editing short-form content, and publishing visuals that reflect the energy, culture, and experience of the brand. This is not a desk-only role and requires comfort working in a nightlife environment.

🎬 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📸 Capture high-quality photo and video content during daily operations, events, and promotions
🎞️ Edit content into social media ready formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories, Shorts)
📅 Manage posting schedules and ensure brand consistency across platforms
🤝 Coordinate with management on marketing campaigns and promotions
🗂️ Organize and maintain a content library for reuse and future campaigns
⚡ Spot content opportunities in real time and act independently

🛠️ QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

🎥 Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
🎨 Strong creative eye for storytelling, visuals, and timing
📱 Solid understanding of short-form social media trends and formats
🌙 Comfortable working in a nightlife / bar environment (evenings & weekends)
✅ Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
🍸 Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
