1. Customer Engagement:
 ● Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored 
solutions.
 ● Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs, pain points, and 
business objectives.
 ● Present technical aspects of Leapswitch's offerings, including CloudJiffy, Bare-Metal 
Servers, and CloudPe.com, to prospective clients.
 2. Solution Design:
 ● Design and recommend cloud, server, and hybrid infrastructure solutions based on 
customer requirements.
 ● Create and deliver customized proposals, solution architectures, and cost estimates.
 ● Map customer requirements to Leapswitch’s products and services, ensuring alignment 
with best practices.
 Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC):
 ● Lead product demonstrations and POC implementations to showcase the value of our 
solutions.
 ● Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful POC delivery and troubleshooting.
 Sales Support:
 ● Assist the sales team in preparing RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents.
 ● Provide in-depth technical training and enablement for the sales team.
 ● Address customer objections and articulate solutions that highlight competitive 
advantages.
 Market and Product Expertise:
 ● Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud computing, IaaS, and virtualization 
technologies.
 ● Provide feedback to product teams to align offerings with market demands and customer 
expectations.
 Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or 
equivalent experience).
 Experience:
 ● 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related technical role in cloud or hosting 
industries.
 ● Strong experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., , VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack).
 ● Knowledge of containerization and PaaS solutions like Kubernetes and CloudJiffy.
 Technical Skills:
 ● Proficiency in cloud and server technologies, including IaaS, networking, storage, and 
security.
 ● Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
 ● Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
 Soft Skills:
 ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
