Job Duties · Involved from case inception through conclusion. Pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery and depositions, mediations and court appearances. · Prepare complex pleadings · Prepare correspondence to clients, experts, and opposing attorneys · Draft complex motions and briefs

Qualifications: · 2+ years litigation experience, including Federal court experience. In depth knowledge and understanding of Federal procedure and filings, and motion practice. Ability to both take and defend depositions · Strong legal writing and research skills · Attention to detail is paramount

Compensation: 125K-250K depending on exeperience plus a very generous bonus structure
