Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified CMMC Assessor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your CMMC expertise while learning Jun Cyber’s proven methodologies to deliver assessments and support our clients in achieving their compliance goals.

If you are certified but lack experience, no problem—we will train you using our established processes and provide the tools needed for success. This position also offers the chance to contribute to initiatives beyond CMMC, expanding your impact in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CMMC assessments for clients in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure an efficient and successful certification process.
  • Apply Jun Cyber's proprietary methodologies to streamline assessment and compliance activities.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMMC standards and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop innovative compliance solutions.
  • Support training and mentoring initiatives for junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Certified CMMC Assessor credential.
  • Strong understanding of CMMC, NIST 800-171, and related compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience conducting cybersecurity assessments or audits.
  • Knowledge of additional frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST CSF.
