Ken Grody Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Internet Sales Specialist. In this role, you will respond to and nurture inbound Internet inquiries, follow up with potential customers, and close sales online and in-store. This could be the perfect opportunity if you love cars and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  All of our existing Internet Sales Associates are making six figures.  This is a commission-based position.  Currently, over 650 internet inquiries per month.  

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to online inquiries and leads promptly
  • Provide information about vehicles, pricing, and promotions to potential customers
  • Schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with customers after their visit
  • Negotiate and close sales deals online or over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with online sales platforms
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
