"Master of Coordination: Executive Assistant for a Visionary Business Owner"

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the business owner in all aspects of their daily operations. As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage the owner's schedule, handle correspondence and travel arrangements, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure that the business runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the business owner's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
• Respond to and handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Draft and proofread various documents, including emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and databases. • Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
• Conduct research on various topics as needed.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the business owner.
• Facilitate activities and responsibilities assigned to you during times of owner's absence
• Assist in developing and documenting standing operating systems 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (6+ years), in a business environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing documents and correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Compensation:
Salary and Bonuses
$125,000 - $175,000, depending on experience
